We will visit the property, identify possible problems using our decades of experience and then suggest the correct way in which they can be remedied. These things often go un-noticed by surveyors. All of this will form our written report for you to keep. By understanding the nature of the materials in the building, we can hopefully allay any fears or concerns you may have about purchasing an older property.
